  • We are always looking for investors and/or donors. Investors must qualify as accredited investors. Donors must make donations through a non-profit with which we are associated.

  • This first of its kind project is taking time to obtain the funding that is necessary to build a project of this size in the Black Community. The first always takes longer as the market develops and appreciates.

  • We would like to have Black realtors engage with the commercial broker to bring in new tenants. Commissions will be paid to all realtors who bring renters to the table with whom we sign a lease.

  • We do welcome all. Our main need is to spread the word throughout the community and beyond. We need the Black community to support Salina 1st and demonstrate the drive within the community to bring more projects like Salina 1st to completion.
